Tuli Block

Tuli Block is located just outside South Africa in Botswana is known as a beautiful safari destination. This rugged landscape in Botswana gives you a purer and wilder safari experience than other parks. It is a 4-hour drive from the most northern gate of the Kruger National Park.

Like the Kgalaghadi Transfrontier Park, in Tuli Block it is possible to encounter the brown hyena. The big-eared fox is also something you cannot find in many other parks in South Africa and Botswana. Interestingly, the park is known for its phenomenal leopard sightings. There are 17 leopards on the reserve. You would be quite unlucky if you don´t see leopard here. You will not encounter rhinos or buffalo in the park. Lions and elephants can be seen in the park. With the Eland as a frequent visitor you still get to see enough big game.

The accommodations vary in this area. You can choose excellent luxury tents on the Limpopo River. The tents have a private plunge pool in the bush with a beautiful view. Are you looking for a less luxurious experience? Then there is another alternative. In the other tented camp, the facilities are somewhat more limited, and the rooms less luxurious. It might be less luxurious, but the experience with nature is no less and is one you will never forget.
